In the construction industry since the late 1990s, Ben has over 26 years of experience. From building homes from the ground up, owning his own construction company, to traveling for work around the US and a few foreign countries. For the past 13 years, he has been working on Heavy Industrial and Commercial projects before coming to Canopy. Ben, his wife Savannah, and their son Weston fell in love with Charlotte’s beauty, charm, and amazing people. They now call Charlotte home. He now brings great construction skills and knowledge to the Canopy team, along with a fun-loving and helpful personality with a strong drive to succeed!
Ben Cox, my project manager, was absolutely wonderful. He was very much involved from our first meeting, inspecting my roof, meeting with my insurance adjuster, to completion of replacing my roof and gutters. I could not have asked for a more polite, respectful, knowledgeable and professional mannered person. He promptly returned phone calls and texts.

I am very picky on who I do business with so having Ben come out and inspect my roof, deal with my homeowners insurance and let me pick the shingles for my new roof, was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning Ben was very professional and I could tell that he cared about me and my roofing needs. He answered every question I had and was very detailed down to the very last shingle. Ben really knows his craft. The professionalism and expertise that he has is unwaiverable. You are not going to find anybody that is as professional as him. He gets the job done how you want it in a timely fashion. Highly recommend and will be using for future jobs.
Ben was amazing. He has been super helpful, communication is on point and always available. He went above and beyond to help me out while we were selling our house, got it done in one day and pushed our appointment up because the closing was past due. Even went the extra mile after the transaction to supply extra documents for my insurance, he could have 100 percent pushed it off on someone else but didn’t. Can’t say enough about him and Canopy.
I highly Recommend Canopy for any of your roofing needs. We called for a roofing inspection. After storm, Ben came out and inspected the roof, and his honesty is commendable. There wasn’t any roof damage just a few nail pops, which he took care of and we needed some facia board replaced as well as work on gutters. To get gutter guard and they came out to get everything professionally. His work ethic is amazing as well as the quality of work he does I know for a fact if there’s anything else needed to be done, That they take care of that canopy that will be our first call and most definitely we will be asking for Ben to take care of it. Photos below so the lamp he had to do taking the gutter down to replace the facia board on the front and side. He also did the back of the house and he did it solo. He had no help her with amaze me. So if you have any need for anything, Anything that can be taken care of or installs give them a call highly recommend it you get your moneys worth and then some and it all comes with a smile.
